TYRKYS, school of the culture of entrepreneurship in tourism, s.r.o. educates the professionals in tourism since 1991.

Our absolvents work in the well-known companies, travel agencies and some of them started their own business.
The guides who passed our courses accompany the tourists around the whole world or provide the services for the foreign tourists in Prague or in the Czech republic.

The school TYRKYS has an accreditation from MŠ MTV ČR (The Ministry of Education of the Czech republic) for the retraining courses.

TYRKYS, school of the entrepreneurship in tourism, s.r.o. is a longterm associated of the Association of the Travel Agencies and the director of the school, PhDr. Jolana Kopřiva Myslivcová is the president of the commission of education of the Association of the Travel Agencies, the president of the department of Historical Monuments and significant touristic destinations of the Association of the Travel Agencies and she is also a member of the board of directors of the Association of the Travel Agencies. TYRKYS is also a member of the Association of the Institutions of the Education for Adults.

TYRKYS, school of the culuture of entrepreneurship in tourism, s.r.o. is represented by PhDr. Jolana Kopřiva Myslivcová, who is also the authorised person for the exams DK 65-021N – The guide of tourism, that is on the highest level of the exams of the life-long learning.
That is the reason why we are in the unceasing contact with practice and we can very flexibly react on the current needs and trends of tourism.

At the same time, we cooperate with the agency CzechTourism, the Ministry for the Local Development, The Association of the Guides and a huge range of universities and with many travel agencies.

Tutors: the high qualified and experienced tutors teach all of our courses. They are specialists in their field of interest. Majority of them give lectures at universities or do the business in tourism.

We teach in an appealing and accessible way. Usually, the explanation of the tutor is accompagned by the projections. Because of the involvement of the sense of hear and sight, you may better remember the subject matters.
