The payment can be made by the transfer order, by the postal order or in cash.
After receiving the application form, we send you the payment data in order to pay the course fee. We prefer the payment 10 days before the course or seminar starts, if not specified in the instructions.
You can pay by the transfer order or in cash in the office, on request, we will send you the postal order. The payment by card isn´t possible. After receiving the payment, we will send you the confirmation email, in case of payment in cash you will receive the receipt.
If you need the receipt, we ask you to send us the billing data (especially the company clients). We will issue the receipt right after receiving your payment on our bank account.
The price of the course contains 21% VAT, the retraining courses are liberated from paying the VAT.
If you cancel the course or seminar from 3 days to 24 hours before the beginning, we bill you 30% of the price of the course. In case of the cancel in the shorter time than 24 hours, you are supposed to pay the total price.
In case of showing the medical certificate, you can follow the course or seminar in other term (if there is a free capacity).
If you miss the course without any note, you automaticaly lose the course fee. The appology is possible only in written form via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax 224 922 452. Please, check the receiving of our confirmation of this appology.
