The reimboursement of the courses by the employment office (the requalifications)

The courses that has the accreditation from the Ministry of Education - the requalification courses - may be reimboursed by the employment offices. Under which conditions the reimboursement could take place?

The employment offices may reimbourse the courses that have the accreditation from the Ministry of Education as a requalification courses.
 

We have the accreditation for these courses:

• The Common course of Guide of tourism and the region Prague
   
• The Delegate of the Travel agency (the Worker of the travel agency – the local representative)
   
• The Worker of the travel agency
   
• The paramedic of recovering events

If you want the employment office to pay for your course, you need to go through the following steps:

•  You must be in the evidence of the employment office               
  • Ask your officer for the information how to process in case of demanding the reimboursement
  • Ask in our office for the special form that the employment office requires. We may also send it by post office or scanned to your e-mail adress.
  • Hand all the documents to your officer as soon as possible. All the applications must be processed before the beginning of the course. The additional processing isn´t possible.
  • Every employment office considers the demands individually. You don´t have the right to receive the reimboursement from the employment office. You should be interested in the status of your application.
  • In case of need, we may provide others documents neccesary for your employment office (for example the copy of the accreditation from the Ministry of Education)
  • The employment office will inform you about the authorisation or the denial of your application.
• In case of the authorisation, the employment office will issue you the documents that you should deliver to our office TYRKYS, Na Moráni 5, 128 00, Prague 2 by post or personally from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

IMPORTANT  NOTICE

• The employment office will reimbourse your course only when you pass the exam and when you stay in the evidence of the employment office until the very end of the course.
   
• When you cannot finish the course (from the other reason than the serious medical conditions – you need to provide us the medical certificate) or you leave the evidence of the employment office, you need to pay for the price of the course by yourself (or the part of it). This depends on the total amount paid by the employemnt office.

• After the authorisation by the employment office, we charge you the refundable bail. We will inform you about its exact height. You need to pay the bail before the beginning of the course. We will refund you the bail after passing the exam and after receiving the confirmation from the employment office, that the bill will be reimboursed.
