The technical underground of Prague

The Collectors of Prague offer the unique possibility of the visit of the technical underground of Prague. Under the Czech capital city, there are about 90 kilometres of the collector tunnels and there are about 18 kilometres right under the historical city center. The Collectors of Prague prepared 4 one and half kilometre long tours for its visitors.

There is probably no other city that could take pride in showing its collector system. The visitors will examine the storing system of the engineering networks and they will meet the newest technologies in the construction of collectors. Every tour includes the visit in the controlling room.
 

30 metres under the surface, the visitor will take a ride in mining locomotive and will see the mining train station. During the whole tour, they may take a look inside the basements of the historical monuments through the holes made for the engineering networks.
 

The visit of the collectors offers the unique possibility to walk under the historical monuments such as the Powder Tower or the Municipal House. 
 

The „sightseeing“ tours:

1. Tour A – City Center I – the easiest tour and the only one that doesn´t require any descent on ladder. The line: from Senovazne square to the Fruit Market and back.
    
2. Tour B – Vodickova street – the newest collectro from 2007. The line: from Senovazne square to the crossroad of the Vodickova street and Venceslas square.
    
3. Tour C – Royal Road – The line: from Senovazne square to the Powder Tower and under the Celetna street. The tour ends in the historical basement.
    
4. Tour D – The Slavic House – the first half of the tour is same as the Royal Road, but under the Power Tower it turns to the street Na Prikopech and ends in the Slavic House.

The entry is prohibited to children under 6 years.
 

ENTRANCE FEES:
the group ticket (max. 16 people): 4 500 CZK
single ticket: 300CZK
the group ticket for students, seniors over 70 years and handicapped: 2 500 CZK
