Dress code business – the suitable clothes to work.
If you work in a big company, in a bank, in an insurance company or in the office, where you comunicate with clients or participate on various business meetings, you need to take care about the correct outfit. Because there are set very stict rules in the matter of clothing.
For the outfit of a lady, the costume (composed by the skirt of the dark colors – black, grey, blue) with the white blouse is suitable. Attention, the skirt shouldn´t end higher than 10 cm above the knees. As a footwear you should take the court shoes with the closed tops on the 2 – 6 cm high-heel, in the same color as the purse. The stockings are obligatory as well, even in the summer months. The jewellery should complete the total outfit in a decent way, on your hands, you shouldn´t wear more than two rings. And at the top of that, you should have a neat hairstyle, not very distinct make-up and light perfume.
Men should wear the suit of the dark color (in the summer, they can chose a light one) with the white long sleeve shirt or the shirt in a pastel color, with tie. The trousers should be accompanied by the leathery belt, fastened on the third hole. Shoes should be aslo leathery, black, laced with the high socks in them. The sock should definitely be at the same color as the trousers and shoes. As the complement may men wear the metalic or leathery bracelet. Men working in banks including the IT department cannot move in the building without the jacket – this rule is valid in any weather conditions.
Some companies announce so called casual day – it is usually Friday. The employees don´t have to dress according to the strict rules. But they may arrive to work in the casual clothes only when they do not comunicate with clients or do not participate on a business meeting.
